Renovations & addition to 1925 Chancellor Residence originally designed by George Washington Smith.  House was extensively altered over the years in a manner inconsistent with original design.  Project included removal of inappropriate modifications and additions, relocation of Kitchen & Dining Room and reworking of Entry and gardens.  All work was designed in a manner compatible with the original.
