Alta Canyada Road La Cañada-Flintridge, CA

Renovations & addition of 2,000 sq. ft. to 1925 home originally designed by Arthur Kelly, architect of the Los Angeles Playboy Mansion.  Project included demolition of the bedroom wing of the house, addition of a second story and basement and design of gardens and pool.  Additions were done in the style of the original house and features extensive use of Tunisian tile and stenciling.  Project included furnishings.
