Carolwood Drive Holmby Hills, CA

Renovation of the 17,000 square foot 1925 Kern Residence by George Washington Smith. Additions by the former owner, Rod Stewart, were not in the style of the original house and were remodeled. An Art Nouveau Disco addition was redesigned as a Ballroom in the style of a Venetian Palazzo and a country style kitchen was redesigned as a vaulted ceiling Family Room/Kitchen.
